Professional Paint Correction Services

What is the difference between a paint correction project and enhancement? Paint correction goes deeper than paint enhancement as we help you remove minor scratches, imperfections, and blemishes and reestablish your car’s paint. The multiple stages of a minor paint correction process can address paint damage, protect your entire vehicle, and address issues further than a standard enhancement.

Minor Paint Correction Process:

The On The Fly Detailing paint correction is an art we take seriously. Our process is thorough, and our attention to detail is second to none so that corrective services can take one to two days.
Here is our entire 15-step process:

01 - Alloy wheels cleaned; front-facing, behind-spokes, and inner-rim

02 - Wheel arches flushed, door shuts cleaned

03 - Extensive wash process using the two-bucket system and pH-neutral shampoo/foam

04 - Tar deposits and iron-rich/metallic contaminants chemically treated

05 - Vehicle rinsed and dried with plush, ultra-soft microfiber drying towels

06 - Blown dry to remove trapped water and eliminate drips

07 - Delicate areas and trim taped up or removed to aid the machine polishing stage

08 - Scratches, oxidation, swirls, and blemishes removed (>80% correction) via rotary polishing

09 - Second machine polishing set to restore, refine, and 'burnish' the finish to a jeweled high gloss

10 - The vehicle is re-washed to remove dust created from the paint correction stage

11 - Blown dry to remove trapped water and eliminate drips

12 - Paintwork wiped over with Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) to remove residues and oils, leaving a slick, clean base

13 - A single layer of synthetic paint sealant or carnauba wax is applied

14 - Trim/brightwork/tires dressed and protected as necessary, including tailpipes

15 - Glass cleaned throughout

From fine scratches to paint imperfections, we can make your car shine bright and look fly!
